ACCOMMODATIONFor those who request a hotel in their registration form we make a preliminary reservation in the hotel Nauka, 2 The rates there are from 800 rub for a bed in a twin (double) room and 1600 for a single. The address of the hotel is Engelsa pr., 65. It is about 1 hour ride from the EIMI. We also make a preliminary reservation at a few mini hotels , located at a walking distance from the EIMI.These are up to 10-room-hotels occupying full floors of some apartment buildings. If you indicate in the registration form that you wish to stay at a mini hotel, we make a reservation at either the "Nord hotel" or "5 vecherov" as they do not have online booking availability.
The Nord hotel is on the 7-th floor of an apartment building, 5 min walk to the institute, has only 3 single rooms for 2500 rub and 6 double rooms for 3600-3900 rub.
Another option is the Andersen hotel, a short walking distance from the institute. The rates are from approximately 4200 RUB (100 E) per night for a double as well as a single We can try to help finding another hotel for you but most likely it will imply a prepayment transfer. Important: We will need to confirm the hotel reservation 2 weeks before the arrival day.
